Earthinks remains the right to terminate a user's account if they do anything of the following, but is not limited to:
      Posting nudity/sexual content
      Posting violent or graphic content
      Posting harmful or dangerous content
      Posting spam
These actions will be reviewed by Earthinks and dealt with accordingly.
